Craters, lava caves and natural swimming pools

Get to know Horta and the yacht. Stroll along the waterfront, stop at Peter’s Café Sport and climb Monte da Guia. If you wish, swim at Porto Pim beach

In the morning we sail to São Jorge. After mooring, we explore Velas, its natural stone arch and a viewpoint. Those who wish can visit one of the fajãs

After the crossing, we explore Angra’s historic centre, wander its narrow streets and climb Monte Brasil. We leave the evening for the waterfront

A quiet island day: walks around Graciosa, the Caldeira da Graciosa volcanic crater and, if we have energy left, the Furna do Enxofre cave

We arrive on Pico: lava shores, whaling history, vineyards and views of the volcano. We stroll along the Lajes waterfront

Explore the Criação Velha vineyards and local wines. Depending on the weather and your preferences, hike the volcano, go whale watching or swim in natural pools

We return to Horta, leaving time for a stroll, the Caldeira do Faial crater and a painting on the marina wall. We end the journey with dinner together. We leave the yacht on the morning of 24 July. The route depends on the weather and ocean conditions
